The other day I saw a black cat in the moon, but it was white, so I thought: Oranges are really tasty, because why would I eat chocolate cookies otherwise? And I went and made some French fries anyway. All this left me with a huge craving for coal so I banged my head on the window for the next three days and watched some star wars. I realized it never makes any sense because those are never the droids they’re looking for, so I threw the popcorn in the air and watched them float, and after that potato.
wallsaroundthewords asked: Hi, I saw your post on your cajon build. What type of wood did you use?
For the body I used regular 15mm thick plywood and for the tapa I used 5mm thick plywood, which in the end was a bit darker.
The inner frame for the tapa in the front is made of 17mm thick square pine strips.
The snare I made with guitar strings, no indent on the tapa, and thin soldering wire coiled around the mid of the strings to add weight and give it a bit more attack since the wood of the tapa is thick, when normally should be around 3mm.
Don’t you dare look down on me,
Honey don’t look down on me
Cuz’ I ain’t repeating history,
I ain’t going back to you.
Don’t you waste time lookin’ back,
Baby don’t go looking back,
All your dirty deeds are mysteries,
All your dirty deeds are sins.
There’s no point on speaking ill,
Oh you’re angry, speaking ill,
Time has come to count yor worries
And your worries growing still.
Worry that you’ll never learn,
Yeah, I know you’ll never learn,
Only counting on your victories
Over love you didn’t earn.
